        Don't Run Your Tank Low!
 
In times of high gas prices, many are tempted to drive a little further on a tank before they fill up. Don't do it!
Did you know that your fuel pump is in the bottom of your gas tank and when you run your tank almost to the last drop, you are leaving your poor fuel pump starved and exposed to air?
 
Just like a swimming pool pump is designed to work in water, a fuel pump is should and wears out more quickly.
 
Our best advice is to fill up between 1/3 and 1/4 of a tank.  NEVER let your fuel pump be exposed to air!

     Fish Fry Fundraiser -Success!

Thank you to all customers and friends who came to the Fish Fry in March.

Sybren & Kathryn had a great ride, although Kathryn did have a flat tire a few miles from Austin but she was able to change it and finish!  

We will be serving FREE Sno-Cones on April 27th to celebrate!

This is a great family event and will feature entertainment by The Sunshiners Band.  All proceeds will benefit the School of American Leadership, a summer program for students at Garden Oaks Elementary School. Come join us just before the Presidential election and celebrate classic American cars!
